Legal video conferenced events are recorded as a separate Witness View and full Video Conference view. Documents/Exhibits can be displayed also.
In addition to recording, as your Virtual Proceedings Specialist (Deposition Officer) I will be available to:
Remotely Swear the Witness in accordance with the new rules as Commissioner for Taking Affidavits (known as Notary Public in the U.S.).
Issue when asked electronic exhibits through document sharing.
Certified Transcripts can be produced post-proceeding if a live Court Reporter is not available.
Certified Video Copies and/or Certified Synchronized Video and Transcript will be available as needed after the proceeding.
This service can be added to live in person events when conditions permit.

Hard Copy: DVDs, Video Files on USB Flash Drive shipped with hard copy logs and certificates
